A pályázatra a RIS-országok* olyan hallgatói jelentkezhetnek, akik legalább a második évet befejezték az alapképzésben, például mérnöki, informatikai, számítástechnikai, mérnökinformatikai, statisztikai, térinformatikai, várostervezési, földrajzi, közgazdasági vagy szoftvermérnöki területen.

Az 5 napos képzési program ingyenes és teljes mértékben fedezett az egyetemi hallgatók számára (beleértve az utazást, a szállást és a napidíjat).

With the support of EIT Urban Mobility, the Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT) of the Center for Research & Technology (CERTH) and the Laboratory of Supply Chain Management of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (LASCM/AUTh) offer a unique educational experience and announce the implementation of the Summer School entitled:

“CityMinds: Empowering Innovation & Entrepreneurship knowledge towards Urban mobility transformation”.

 

June 30 to July 4, 2025, in Thessaloniki.

 

Description:

The Summer School is aimed at undergraduate STEM students and focuses on developing the necessary skills and knowledge to co-design innovative and smart solutions to address real urban mobility and supply chain problems.

 

The program includes: theoretical lectures by distinguished speakers (entrepreneurship, innovation & technology, digital logistics, city logistics, smart sustainable mobility, living labs); site visits in selected industries and organisations; co-design workshops; students group projects presented on a pitching event; awards for the best projects!

 

The site visits aim to integrate theory with real challenges and identify mobility and supply chain problems that the students will try to address through their group projects. The workshops, based on the design thinking approach, will help students develop their business solutions. Through guidance lectures and design workshops, students will learn how to successfully present their ideas. The Thessaloniki Living Lab plays a vital role in this process, offering practical value to innovation.

 

The academic community, research institutes, and industry join forces to offer a true learning experience, from “idea to market”.
